In case you haven't heard the news... WE WON!!!

This weekend, the team went to Chicago to compete at the Illinois Institute of Technology for the 2017 North Central Regional Competition. We were able to send five members (Kelly, Reda, Kyle, Daniel, Marwan). The team had a great time, and was able to win first place in both the poster competition and the race! Huge shout out to the group for representing McMaster University and winning it as the only Canadian team at the conference.

In addition, we have been invited to compete in the National Competition to be held in Minneapolis, Minnesota from October 27-30th. We'd like to thank everyone again for their contribution and work ethic this year. Everyone that supported the team, came out to labs, helped fundraise: Thank you for helping make this our best year ever. Special thanks to Dr. Mhaskar, Dr. Jones, Mike Clarke, Paul Gatt, Doug Keller, Tim Stephens, Kristina Trollip, and the MES for their continued guidance / support. I hope many of you will join the team again next year as well! Good luck on your exams, have a great summer, and let's get em' at Nationals!
